Role Description The Supply Chain Lead will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, production support, and distribution for ENSTEIN’s collaborative robot and automation solutions. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Chennai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, optimizing logistics flows,



and monitoring performance metrics to improve reliability and cost efficiency. The role also involves analyzing demand and supply trends, supporting new product launches from a materials and logistics perspective, and implementing best practices in supply chain and operations management.

The Supply Chain

Lead will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements, manufacturing schedules, and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

- Strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills to oversee procurement, production support, and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize shortages, and reduce excess materials.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in robotics, automation, or related technology sectors.
- Comfort with ERP or supply chain planning tools and familiarity with standard supply chain methodologies and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting, manage multiple priorities, and lead process improvements in a hybrid work arrangement.
