We are seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer - Supply Chain Associate to deliver vocational training aligned with the Supply Chain Associate (LSC/Q3201) job role. The Trainer will provide theoretical and practical training in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and in-plant warehousing operations, equipping trainees with the technical and employability skills required for careers in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training aligned with the Supply Chain Associate (LSC/Q3201) curriculum and applicable training standards.
- Provide comprehensive training on supply chain and logistics operations, with a focus on warehouse and in-plant warehousing activities.
- Explain key concepts related to inbound and outbound logistics, receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and material handling.
- Train students in inventory management, stock verification, cycle counting, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Provide practical exposure to warehouse processes, including material receipt, put-away, order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Demonstrate the use of appropriate material handling equipment and safe operating practices, wherever applicable.
- Train learners on warehouse documentation, stock records, inventory registers, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), dispatch documents, and other relevant records.
- Introduce trainees to basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, barcode scanning,



and digital inventory management tools, as applicable.
- Explain 5S, workplace organisation, safety procedures, quality standards, and positive housekeeping practices in warehouse and logistics environments.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, practical exercises, assessments, and other instructional resources.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainees' theoretical understanding and practical competencies.
- Provide individual guidance and mentoring to trainees to improve their technical and employability skills.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment records, trainee progress reports, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the centre/project team to ensure effective delivery of the training programme.
- Support trainees in developing workplace readiness, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and professional behaviour.
- Ensure training delivery is practical, industry-relevant, and aligned with the requirements of the logistics and supply chain sector.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant discipline.




- Candidates with relevant vocational or professional qualifications in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields may also be considered, subject to applicable project and training requirements.

Experience Required

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and/or in-plant warehousing operations.
- Candidates should have practical exposure to logistics handling, warehouse processes, inventory management, and material movement.
- Candidates with prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or facilitating vocational/skill development programmes will be preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehousing and/or in-plant warehousing operations, as applicable to the prescribed qualification and industry requirements.
