About The Job:

- Desired Candidate is expected to work on Vendor / Supplier Maintenance and Updation.

- The primary responsibilities include working on keeping the vendor banking details updated in a timely and qualitative manner.

Essential Job Functions:

- Monitor the vendor queue daily to ensure all new vendor requests and vendor change requests are processed accurately and within defined timelines.

- Review and verify new vendor setup requests and vendor change requests for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.

- Correspond with vendors and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Communicate new and updated vendor information to accounting staff to ensure payments are processed using the latest banking details.

- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely dissemination of information required to keep vendor master data accurate and up to date.





- Obtain and validate appropriate documentation required for vendor creation and vendor changes.

- Review and process Travel & Expense (T&E;) disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with established accounting policies, controls, and vendor management procedures.

- Support day-to-day accounting and vendor management activities as required.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Top 3 Skills for 3 Reqs:

- Procure to Pay Experience,

- Oracle / ERP experience,

- Employee Reimbursements processing

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Commerce or a related field.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, vendor management, accounts payable, or related functions.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting packages such as Oracle / Concur is preferred.

- Experience working in an Oracle ERP environment is an added advantage.

- Prior accounting experience within a software company is a plus.

- Prior experience working in an MNC workplace is preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a high-pressure environment.

- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.





- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Willingness to travel or relocate based on organizational requirements.
