TISSUE PAPER- SUPERVISOR

- Production Oversight: Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet output targets.

- Team Management: Assign tasks, train operators, and track team performance.

- Quality Control: Oversee routine quality checks to ensure paper softness, thickness, and strength meet standards.

- Machine Maintenance: Coordinate basic machinery upkeep and troubleshoot mechanical issues on the production line.

- Safety & Hygiene Enforcement: Enforce strict workplace safety and hygiene protocols on the floor.

- Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare shift production logs for management

LANGUAGE- HINDI, MALAYALAM

- Experience: Prior background in manufacturing, ideally working with paper or tissue products.

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of continuous production flow, machine operations, and basic troubleshooting.

- Skills: Strong leadership, explicit communication, and basic computer proficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
