Job Location: Surat, Gujarat

Salary: ₹40,000/month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to manage daily operations, coordinate workers, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day work activities.
- Manage and allocate tasks to technicians, workers, and other staff.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce coordination.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor work quality and ensure company standards are followed.
- Coordinate with management, engineers, technicians, and other departments.
- Identify and resolve routine operational issues.




- Prepare daily work/progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and workplace procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow required PPE and safety practices.
- Report delays, technical issues, material requirements, and other concerns to management.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- Relevant supervisory or industrial experience preferred.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle a workforce and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
