- Manage and supervise daily housekeeping operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas.
- Allocate duties and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Inspect rooms and common areas as per hotel standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office for room status, arrivals, and departures.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for room repairs and defects.
- Manage linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and inventory.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and grooming.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff.
- Ensure proper implementation of hotel SOPs and safety standards.
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and Lost & Found items.
