Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert – Trainer (Child Care & Health) to help us create high-quality video content for our Learning Management System (LMS).
This is a short-term, paid freelance, on-site assignment in Kochi , ideal for educators and subject experts who want to contribute their expertise to a focused 1–2 day project .
The selected Subject Matter Expert will be required to review and present pre-prepared presentations on Child Care & Health . You will work closely with our instructional design team to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, practical, and engaging for online learners.
You will also be invited to make enhancements, such as adding key pointers, adjusting examples, or refining the narrative,
so that the content reflects your subject expertise and aligns with real-world understanding.

Qualifications
- Solid knowledge and expertise in Child Care & Health
- Relevant teaching, training, or educational experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in instructional design and/or curriculum development is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with the instructional design team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
- M.Phil. is an added advantage
- PhD scholars are also welcome
