About the Role

Connecting Cyber Networks (CCN) is looking for a Student Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing student relationships, addressing queries, ensuring a smooth student experience, and coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong relationship-building abilities. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey.

Handle student queries related to classes, schedules, batches, trainers, LMS, exams, and other academic requirements.

Maintain regular communication with students and ensure a positive learning experience.

Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, placement teams, and management to resolve student concerns.

Monitor student attendance, participation, and engagement.

Follow up with students regarding classes, assignments, exams, and other important activities.

Maintain accurate student records and update relevant information in the CRM/LMS.

Handle student grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Support students during the placement process by coordinating with the placement team.





Conduct regular follow-ups with inactive or irregular students.

Prepare basic reports related to student engagement, attendance, and concerns.

Ensure company policies and student-related processes are properly communicated and followed.

Required Skills

Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to manage multiple students and tasks simultaneously.

Professional and patient approach while dealing with students.

Strong ownership and accountability.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Candidates with 0–4 years of experience in Student Relationship Management, Customer Success, Education/EdTech, Counselling, Front Office, Client Relationship Management, or similar roles are preferred.
