- Experience: 1-2 Years
- This is a non-technical customer-facing role focused on onboarding customers, stakeholder communication, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- The role involves interacting with customers and stakeholders through emails and calls. Chat support is not part of this role.
- Shift could be either Morning or Afternoon, and candidates should be flexible to work assigned shifts.

Essential Job Functions:

- Support customer onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
- Interact with customers and stakeholders through email communications and phone calls.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding activities are completed successfully.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and follow-ups as required during the onboarding process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Follow established processes and service standards while handling customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience interacting with customers through emails and phone calls.




- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional customer relationships.

- Flexibility to work in either Morning or Afternoon shifts.

- Any Graduate.

- Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Operations, or a related field.
