Role Description The Studio Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the wellness studio. This role includes managing studio schedules, coordinating osteopathy, fitness, and recovery appointments, and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience.

The Studio

Manager will handle client inquiries, support sales of services and packages, make smoothies, tea,



coffee and maintain high standards of customer service and studio presentation. They will lead and support the studio team, manage basic administrative and project coordination tasks, and help implement studio initiatives and events. The role involves close collaboration with practitioners to align operations with the studio’s holistic wellness approach.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and maintain a welcoming studio environment.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership and basic Project Management skills to guide staff, coordinate schedules, and support studio initiatives.
- Sales skills to promote services, memberships, and packages, and support client retention and studio growth.
- Previous experience in a wellness, healthcare, fitness, or hospitality setting is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with scheduling and basic administrative tools.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Mumbai, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and respect for a gender-neutral, inclusive workplace.
