We’re hiring a Student Enrollment & Lead Conversion Specialist to support prospective students through the university application journey while driving strong lead follow-up and conversion. This is a outstanding fit for someone who combines empathy, confidence, and commercial instinct—someone who can guide students clearly while also turning interest into enrolment outcomes.

In this role, you’ll speak with international students, answer questions about admissions and compliance requirements, follow up on enquiries, and build trust through every interaction. You’ll also proactively engage leads, handle outreach calls, and help move prospects from initial interest to successful application progress.

What you’ll do

- Handle inbound calls from international students seeking guidance on university applications and admissions processes
- Follow up on online form submissions from university webpages
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to support conversion efforts
- Explain admissions requirements, documentation, timelines, and compliance policies clearly and patiently
- Provide culturally sensitive support to students from diverse backgrounds
- Track follow-ups, student progress, and key interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Work closely with the wider team to meet conversion goals and maintain a high-quality candidate experience

What we’re looking for




- 3–4+ years of experience in customer support, admissions, education recruitment, student advisory, or sales
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Confidence handling both inbound support conversations and outbound lead conversion calls
- Ability to explain complex processes in a simple, reassuring way
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work setup
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong non-degree candidates are welcome to apply
- Willingness to work a fixed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Pacific Time schedule with a 1-hour unpaid break
- Candidates should be open to building a long-term career in the industry for at least 2 years
