Role Description The Structural Engineer role at Vyom Consultants is an on-site position based in Vadodara.

The Structural

Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design calculations for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing CAD drawings and models, coordinating with architecture, MEPF, and BIM teams, and providing technical input during planning, design,



and execution phases. The role also involves inspecting project sites, supporting project managers with engineering documentation, and participating in design reviews with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize structural solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundation skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering.
- Candidates should possess skills in Structural Analysis and performing detailed design Calculations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools relevant to structural and industrial projects.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (master’s degree is an advantage).
- Knowledge of Indian and international building codes and standards (e.g., IS codes, relevant industry norms).
- Experience working on industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical facilities is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, manage deadlines, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; attention to detail in drawings and reports.
