Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Option 1:

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in structural steel works, fabrication, erection, construction, or related activities.

OR

Option 2:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in structural steel works, fabrication, erection, construction, or related activities.Educational Qualification & Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Review and interpret structural steel drawings, specifications, design documents, and method statements.
- Supervise and monitor structural steel fabrication, assembly, and erection activities at the project site.
- Ensure structural steel works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
- Inspect fabricated and erected steel structures for dimensional accuracy, alignment, welding quality, bolting, connections, and overall workmanship.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, quality, and safety teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Monitor material quality, including structural steel sections, plates, bolts, welding consumables, and other associated materials.




- Ensure proper implementation of approved welding procedures, inspection requirements, and quality-control procedures.
- Verify measurements, levels, alignment, and tolerances of structural steel components.
- Identify construction deficiencies and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of structural steel works.
- Assist in reviewing technical submissions, inspection requests, method statements, and material approvals.
- Maintain records of inspections, quality checks, progress, and technical observations.
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and promote safe working practices during fabrication and erection activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support for resolving structural steel-related construction challenges.
- Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates on the progress and quality of structural steel works.

Pay: ₹62,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
