Senior Structural Design Engineer (Post-Tensioning)

Experience Required: 5-6 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead the structural analysis and design of complex reinforced concrete and post-tensioned (PT) building systems from concept to completion.

Review detailed engineering method statements and site inspection reports for tendon stressing and grouting to ensure rigorous quality control standards are met.

Mentor junior engineering staff, manage project timelines, and coordinate directly with architects, clients, and site execution teams.

Requirements

5-6 years of proven professional experience in structural design, with a dedicated portfolio of post-tensioned structures.

Software Proficiency: Advanced expertise in RAM Concept (including complex concrete geometry and load calculations) and AutoCAD for structural detailing and drafting.

Thorough understanding of relevant Indian Standard (IS) design codes, structural detailing, and site troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
