Strategic Manager – Animation & Business Strategy

Job Summary

Digitoonz is looking for an experienced Strategic Manager to drive business strategy, project feasibility, production planning, operational efficiency, and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in strategic planning, business analysis, feasibility studies, project management, resource planning, and decision-making. Experience in the Animation, VFX, Gaming, Media & Entertainment, or Creative Production industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business and operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects, services, and business opportunities.
- Analyze project costs, resources, timelines, capacity, risks, and expected profitability.
- Support management in making strategic and commercial decisions.
- Evaluate project viability and provide recommendations on whether projects should be undertaken.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, cost optimization, process improvement, and increased profitability.
- Analyze production capacity and manpower requirements for upcoming projects.
- Develop strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, turnaround time, and resource utilization.
- Monitor business and project performance through KPIs, MIS, and analytical reports.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend effective solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Production, Creative, Finance, HR, Business Development,



and Management.
- Prepare feasibility reports, business cases, strategic presentations, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Identify potential business and project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Take ownership of strategic projects from planning through implementation.
- Work closely with senior management on long-term business planning and organizational growth.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Analysis, Business Operations, Project/Program Management, Consulting, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and feasibility analysis.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,507.43 - ₹45,848.69 per month
