Key roles and responsibilities:
- Supporting the design and conceptualisation of key strategic initiatives and points of view for identified priorities / themes
- Preparing initial initiative design, blueprint, concept notes for relevant stakeholders through development of leadership presentations and collaterals
- Preparing point of views and progress updates for various meetings / leadership forums
- Conceptualizing and preparing executive information reports/dashboards based on stakeholder needs and issues
- Supporting cascading of strategy messages across regions, partners and people – webcasts, regional visits, milestone programs, onboarding events, etc.
- Refreshing management reporting process in line with Firm strategy through refreshed metrics and dashboarding
- Collating, analyzing and presenting information through primary/secondary sources for key CS leadership stakeholders
- Providing insights on plans and performance data
- Supporting leadership meetings to shape agendas, build templates, etc
Skills and attributes:
- High proficiency with MS Office: Power-point, Excel and Word
- Excellent analytical, logical, interpersonal, project management and communication skills – spoken and written
- Innovation and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment and attention to detail
- General awareness of tech related aspects of business and emerging trends
Educational qualifications and past experience:
- At least a graduate with a preference for an MBA from a leading business school
- 10 – 15 years of prior experience preferably with a qualified services firm in similar line of business
- Preference for experience in a similar capacity i.e. part of CEO/ COO/CFO’s strategy office and involved in strategy implementation of the business
