Acting as “external co-founders,” D2P & Co. partners closely with founders, providing strategic guidance and execution support long after projects are completed.

With a strong emphasis on micro-level involvement and execution, the firm intentionally works with a limited number of clients to maintain quality outcomes. D2P & Co. has collaborated with a wide range of F&B; brands, including Epigamia, Le 15, Vahdam Teas, and many others.

Role Description The Strategy Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon west, supporting consulting engagements for F&B; brands. This role involves conducting market and competitor research, analyzing business performance, and contributing to product-market fit, go-to-market strategies, and organization design.

The Strategy

Associate will help prepare client presentations, strategic frameworks, and implementation plans, and will participate in client meetings to capture requirements and translate them into actionable initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with senior team members, tracking project progress, coordinating with client stakeholders,



and supporting execution of sales and marketing strategies. The role offers exposure to end-to-end business building, from strategy formulation to hands-on execution.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to conduct market research, interpret data, and derive insights for F&B; businesses.
- Ability to structure problems, build business cases, and support product-market fit, new product development, and go-to-market planning.
- Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to create decks, models, and reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail, task ownership, and ability to manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or an MBA in marketing and related field; prior experience in consulting, strategy, or F&B;/start-up environments is an advantage.
- High learning agility, comfort with execution-oriented work, and willingness to be deeply involved in clients’ growth journeys.
