We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships &

Experience Support - Associate to anchor our growing partner network, which includes external consultants, expert facilitators, coaches, and subject-matter specialists. This role plays a critical function at the intersection of partner engagement, internal coordination, and delivery support, ensuring each partner is enabled to deliver their best. You’ll be the key link that supports seamless onboarding, enables successful project delivery, and nurtures long-term relationships across our extended talent ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

Partner Onboarding & Engagement: Lead the onboarding journey for new consultants, facilitators, coaches, and domain experts-covering documentation, credential verification, introductions, and familiarization.

Database & System Management: Maintain a dynamic, up-to-date database of partner profiles, certifications,



areas of expertise, availability, and engagement history.

Project Alignment & Matching: Support the process of identifying the right-fit partner for upcoming engagements by mapping capabilities to project needs.

Delivery Enablement: Facilitate readiness check-ins, mock runs, and pre-program walkthroughs to ensure partners are fully prepared for delivery.

Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (Experience Design, Client Delivery, Operations) to ensure a smooth and aligned execution.

Logistics Support: Coordinate with the operations team for partner-related logistics (e.g., travel, session materials, tech setup).

Feedback Loops & Relationship Building: Collect feedback post-program, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to partner nurturing initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:

1 - 2 years of experience in coordination, stakeholder management, event support, or delivery operations (experience in L&D;, coaching, consulting, or education sectors is a plus)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Robust organizational capability and comfort with tech-based tools (Excel, Notion, etc.)

A high sense of ownership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
