Stores In-Charge EMS

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day stores and inventory operations.
- Handle material inward, GRN, storage, issue and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate physical and ERP stock records.
- Manage electronic components, PCBs, SMD/THT components and consumables.
- Ensure FIFO, proper labelling, traceability and 5S.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality and Planning teams.
- Conduct stock verification, reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Prepare stores MIS and inventory reports.
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth material flow to production.

Requirements:

- 10–15 years of experience in Stores/Inventory, preferably in EMS/electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ERP, inventory management and MS Excel.
- Robust understanding of electronic components and material handling.
- Good communication, coordination and team-management skills.
