Job Overview

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to manage and support day-to-day store operations, including inventory, stock movement, team coordination, and process compliance.

Candidates with experience in Q-Commerce, Grocery, E-commerce, Retail, or similar store operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily store operations and shift activities.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor completion.
- Manage stock receiving and inward processes.
- Maintain accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records.
- Coordinate with relevant teams regarding stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and support store audits.
- Monitor stock movement, returns, damages, and inventory records.
- Ensure proper implementation of store processes and SOPs.
- Maintain records of inward and outward stock.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain regular store reports.




- Support team coordination and smooth shift operations.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in store operations or supervision.
- Experience in Q-Commerce, Grocery, E-commerce, Retail, or similar environments is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Understanding of GRN and stock inward processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple store activities effectively.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- 1–2 years of relevant store operations or supervisory experience.
- Relevant experience in retail, grocery, Q-Commerce, E-commerce, or similar operations preferred.
- Comfortable working from the Ahmedabad location.

Compensation Up to 5 LPA CTC, depending on relevant experience, skills, and role suitability.
