Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Ayodhya.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance supervision to ensure smooth functioning.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating replenishment. The role also involves handling customer queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering a welcoming store workplace.

Manager will implement company policies, support retail loss prevention measures, and prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build positive relationships and deliver enjoyable shopping experiences.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, lead store teams, and coordinate with management.
- Candidates should possess proven Store Management capabilities, including supervising staff, managing operations, and achieving sales targets.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in retail or fashion, basic proficiency in sales reporting and POS systems, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
