Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient flow of stock to the Distribution Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising purchase orders, coordinating shipments, liaising with vendors and internal teams, and resolving supply chain issues to ensure timely delivery and optimal cost-efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

- Should have end-to-end knowledge/expertise in SCM Process
- Undertake all supply chain functions including review requisitions, raising purchase orders, coordinate logistics
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory and order records
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding order status, delays, or changes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data within the ERP system to support informed decisions across the business.
- Analyse supply chain reports and update any stake holders and systems where appropriate




- Deal with queries promptly from external and internal stakeholders
- Resolve supply chain issues and delays
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain processes
- Prepare and maintain reports and SOP {Process documentations}
- Support procurement and demand planning activities

• Understanding & Play a key role in SLA & KPI tracking

Experience Required :
- Complete Understanding of end-to-end Supplier Chain Process
- Knowledge of Excel
- Client/Customer Handling Skills
- Interact with Internal departments to ensure the works are properly completed
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory coordination (alcohol or beverage industry preferred).
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems and solid skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with alcohol compliance documentation is a plus.
