Store Manager - Luxury & Premium Retail

About the Opportunity

We are building a new-age premium consumer brand that is reimagining the way customers experience the category through a thoughtfully curated retail experience. As we build our retail footprint, we are looking for an exceptional Store Manager who can take complete ownership of the store and create an experience that customers remember.

This is not a traditional retail management role. We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial go-getter who thrives on the floor, understands premium customers, leads from the front, and is passionate about building a high-performing retail business.

The Role As the Store Manager, you will be the owner of the store experience and business performance. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building a strong team, maintaining premium brand standards, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and aspiration of the brand.

What You Will Own

- Take end-to-end ownership of store performance and P&L;, driving revenue, conversion, productivity and other key retail KPIs.
- Lead from the front on the retail floor and personally drive a high-touch, consultative selling experience.
- Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team with a strong culture of ownership and customer obsession.
- Create an elevated and consistent premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Maintain impeccable standards across visual merchandising, store presentation, grooming and brand experience.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business, referrals and clienteling.
- Own inventory management, stock accuracy, billing and day-to-day store operations.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless store functioning.
- Monitor store metrics and translate data into actionable plans to improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to operational, safety, compliance and loss-prevention standards.
- Act as the face of the brand within the store and set the benchmark for service excellence.

What Were Looking For

- 68 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a Store Manager / Store in-Charge / supervisory leadership role.
- Prior experience with a premium or luxury retail brand with physical stores is essential.
- Strong understanding of premium customer behaviour and assisted/consultative selling.
- A proven track record of consistently delivering against sales and business targets.
- Natural people leader who can build, coach and motivate teams.
- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong bias for action. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and act on retail metrics.
- Comfortable working with CRM, billing and retail management systems.
- Experience in home, furniture, interiors, lifestyle or other premium consumer categories will be an advantage.
