About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first, business-driven Studio Business Manager who can own the growth, operations, and sales performance of our premium fitness studios.

This role is perfect for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, understands how to grow a business on the ground, leads teams confidently, and delivers exceptional experiences to premium clients.

What You’ll Own

- Drive studio revenue & growth
- Lead sales conversions, memberships, renewals & upsells
- Build strategies to consistently increase footfall & revenue
- Team Leadership & Management
- Manage trainers, front-desk & ops staff
- Motivate, guide and hold the team accountable for performance
- Premium Client Experience
- Handle high-value clients with confidence and professionalism
- Ensure world-class service and relationship management
- Backend Operations
- Daily studio operations, reporting, coordination & follow-ups




- Smooth functioning of schedules, systems & processes
- Business Thinking
- Identify opportunities to grow the studio
- Act like an owner, not just an employee

Who We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years minimum experience in:
- Fitness industry OR
- Team management + sales-driven roles
- Solid sales mindset with real conversion experience
- Comfortable dealing with premium clientele
- Excellent communication skills – well-spoken & presentable
- High ownership, accountability & decision-making ability
- Young, vibrant, energetic personality
- Someone who brings boss vibes, leadership presence & positivity

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
