Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, material receipts and issues, stock records, and coordination with purchase, accounts, and project teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, documentation, and team handling, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.
- Issue materials to project/site teams based on approved requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation such as GRN, Material Issue Notes, Stock Registers, and Return Notes.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and preservation of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Project, Procurement, and Site teams.
- Track slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete stock.
- Ensure proper handling and security of company materials and assets.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety,



and discipline within the store.
- Prepare regular stock reports, inventory statements, and consumption reports for management.
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory and store operations.
- Implement proper inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and material losses.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management.
- Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or building materials is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of inventory control and warehouse/store procedures.
- Solid documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
