Candidate Profile

- Luxury Retail experience is strongly preferred.
- Candidates should have experience working with premium/luxury brands and high-profile clientele.
- Experience handling HNI / UHNI clients and discerning clientele will be highly preferred.
- Smart, confident, well-groomed and professionally presentable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer service and relationship management.
- Candidates should demonstrate stability, professionalism, ownership and a clear career mindset.
- Should be comfortable working in a premium, fast-paced showroom environment.
- Candidates from Luxury Retail, Premium Retail, Hospitality, Aviation or other premium customer-facing industries may be considered; however, Luxury Retail candidates will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI and luxury clientele.
- Deliver personalized customer experiences in line with international luxury brand standards.
- Handle client queries, appointments, follow-ups and relationship management.
- Drive sales, lead generation and business development initiatives.
- Support showroom operations,



floor management and visual brand presentation.
- Maintain the highest standards of grooming, discipline, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support client events, brand activities and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
