Position: Store Keeper

Location: Silvassa

Department: Stores

Qualification: B.Com / Graduate / Diploma

Experience: 1–2 years

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders.

- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and related documentation.

- Issue materials to production and other departments as per authorized requests.

- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.

- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counting.

- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.





- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for effective inventory management.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Planning, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth material flow.

- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.

- Maintain store documentation and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent).

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic understanding of inventory management and store documentation.
