Store Keeper Assistant – Job Opening

TREAT is looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper Assistant to support our Store and Inventory Department. The selected candidate will assist in receiving, storing, issuing and maintaining inventory of materials and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in receiving and checking incoming materials, spare parts and other store items.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders, delivery challans and invoices.
- Assist in unloading, counting and inspecting materials.
- Arrange and store materials properly in designated locations.
- Maintain proper labeling, identification and segregation of materials.
- Assist in issuing materials to Production, Maintenance and other departments.
- Maintain accurate inward and outward material records.
- Assist with stock registers and inventory management.
- Support periodic physical stock verification and stock audits.
- Report shortages, damages and material discrepancies to the Store Keeper or Supervisor.
- Follow FIFO procedures wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the store area.




- Assist in monitoring stock levels and material requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Purchase Departments when required.
- Use MS Excel and computer systems for maintaining basic store records.
- Follow company safety procedures and perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Qualification & Requirements

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma / ITI preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of Store Operations and Inventory Management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations is required.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing and factory setting.

Salary Freshers: Approximate take-home salary of ₹13,500 per month.

Experienced Candidates: Salary will be decided based on relevant experience, skills and performance.
