Retail Store Manager – Pimpalgaon Baswant:

Location: Pimpalgaon Baswant, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2+ Years in Retail / Store Management

Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and interview

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve store targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales, bills, targets, ATV, and other store KPIs.
- Ensure proper stock display, stock availability, and regular stock refilling.
- Maintain store cleanliness, grooming, discipline, and overall presentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate stock-related activities.
- Ensure all company SOPs, policies, and processes are followed.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and store performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding sales, staff, stock, and operational requirements.
- Ensure the store opens and closes on time and all daily operational activities are completed properly.





Required Skills
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong team management and customer-handling abilities.
- Sales-oriented approach with target achievement focus.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage staff and store operations independently.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Previous experience in apparel or retail stores will be preferred.
