Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Handle material inward and outward activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all materials received and issued.
- Verify materials received against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Issue Records.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material requirements and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Site/Project teams for material issuance and requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions.
- Maintain records in Excel, ERP, or inventory management systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of Aluform, construction materials, tools,



and equipment.
- Monitor returnable and non-returnable materials.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organisation within the store.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed in the store area.
- Prevent material loss, damage, and wastage.
- Coordinate with Accounts for inventory reconciliation and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in the Construction / Engineering / Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling Aluform / Aluminium Formwork materials will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in ERP or inventory management software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
