1.Manage the end-to-end operations of the store/dark store, ensuring smooth and effective daily functioning.

2.Handle team management, including hiring support, training, attendance, productivity productivity, performance monitoring, and employee engagement.

3.Plan and manage manpower requirements based on order volumes, business requirements, and peak-hour demand.

4.Ensure effective deployment of pickers, packers, delivery executives, and other store staff.

5.Monitor order fulfilment, picking, packing, dispatch, and last-mile delivery operations.

6.Ensure orders are processed within defined SLA/TAT and maintain high delivery and customer service standards.

7.Coordinate with delivery teams to improve last-mile efficiency, delivery productivity, and on-time delivery.

8.Manage store-level P&L;, including revenue, operational expenses, manpower cost, wastage, shrinkage, and other controllable costs.

9.Track key operational and financial metrics and take corrective actions to improve store profitability. Role & responsibilities
