Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store and logistics operations, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate material movement, and supervise loading and unloading activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials in Excel and/or the company's designated system.

Prepare and maintain GRN, material inward/outward records, delivery challans, stock registers, and supporting documents.

Maintain daily stock records and ensure proper reconciliation of physical stock with system/Excel records.

Monitor and control material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch.

Supervise truck loading and unloading and ensure proper counting, checking, and safe handling of materials.

Verify materials received against purchase orders, challans, invoices, and other relevant documents.

Coordinate with transporters and vendors regarding vehicle placement, loading, unloading, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.

Maintain proper documentation and records for all transportation and material movements.

Ensure proper stacking, identification, and safe storage of materials.

Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department regarding shortages, excess stock, or material requirements.

Coordinate with purchase, production, project, accounts,



and logistics teams for smooth material movement.

Ensure timely dispatch of materials to project sites/customers as per requirements.

Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety within the store area.

Support periodic physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store and stock reports as required by management.

Required Skills & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.

3–4 years of relevant experience in Stores, Logistics, Warehouse, or Material Management.

Prior experience in a logistics company or manufacturing/infrastructure workplace will be preferred.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory record management.

Practical knowledge of inward/outward material processes, stock maintenance, loading/unloading, and dispatch operations.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with transporters, vendors, drivers, and internal departments.

Strong record-keeping, attention to detail, and inventory control skills.

Ability to independently manage day-to-day store operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
