Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day supermarket store operations.

- Supervise and coordinate store staff, including duty allocation and attendance.

- Ensure proper stock availability, replenishment, and inventory control.

- Monitor receiving, unloading, storage, and display of merchandise.

- Conduct regular stock checks and minimize stock loss, damage, and expiry.

- Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed.

- Monitor sales, daily targets, and store performance.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.

- Coordinate with suppliers and purchase teams regarding stock requirements.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper store presentation.

- Monitor billing/cash-counter operations and resolve discrepancies.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, wastage, and staff performance.

- Ensure company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are followed.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
