Dainik Bhaskar Group has a wide range of commercial & real estate holdings namely shopping malls (DB City Bhopal & DB mall Gwalior), hotels namely Courtyard by Marriot (160 Rooms) at Bhopal Parkin by Radisson (40 Rooms). The real estate division is now constructing high end office building for corporate use at Ahmedabad & Jaipur & future projects at Jodhpur, Chandigarh, Noida, etc.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Executive to manage end-to-end material handling and inventory operations at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted availability of construction materials, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project execution through efficient store management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store & Inventory Management

- Manage complete site store operations for greenfield projects including inward, outward, and stock control.
- Ensure accurate preparation of:
- GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
- Material Issue Slips
- Material Return Notes
- Stock Transfer Entries
- Monitor consumption of key materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, finishing items, and MEP materials.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels as per project schedule.
- Prevent material shortages and excess inventory.

2. Documentation & Record Keeping





- Maintain proper store registers and documentation for audit compliance.
- Manage Inventory on In4suite/ Farvision ERP
- Track material receipts against Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate with procurement for pending deliveries.
- Maintain records of rejected or damaged materials.
- Support internal and external audits.

3. Site Coordination

- Coordinate with site engineers for daily material requirements.
- Supervise unloading, stacking, and storage practices.
- Ensure proper preservation of materials to avoid damage or wastage.

4. Stock Verification & Control

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Support cost control initiatives through proper inventory management.

Required Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in construction store management.
- Mandatory experience in:
- High-Rise Commercial / Residential Projects
- Real Estate / Infrastructure sector
- Experience handling bulk construction materials.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering / B.Com / Any relevant field
- Previous experience in Tally, Farvision or In4suite ERP for Store Management
