Position: Store Executive / Storekeeper

- Department: Stores
- Experience: 2–5 years in Engineering / Manufacturing / Fabrication industry
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials, hardware, bought-out items, and project materials.
- Verify quantity and details against PO, delivery challans, and other documents.
- Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
- Properly arrange and store materials with clear identification/labeling.
- Issue hardware, consumables, and required materials to shop-floor personnel against authorized requests.
- Arrange and maintain project-wise materials and issue them as required by the Project/Production team.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure physical stock matches system records.
- Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Monitor stock levels and inform Purchase/Management about shortages and urgent requirements.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Identify and report damaged, excess, obsolete, or slow-moving materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Projects, Planning,



Quality, and Accounts for material-related requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline within the store.
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability of project materials.

Candidate Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in an engineering/manufacturing/fabrication company (project-based experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of engineering hardware, general store materials, GRNs, material issues, stock control, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, responsible, and capable of independently managing day-to-day store activities.

Key Requirement: The candidate must be capable of taking complete ownership of store activities, including material receipt, GRN, proper storage, project-wise material arrangement, shop-floor material issue, and accurate stock maintenance.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
