Required Experience

- 4–8 years of Storage Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with NetApp Storage administration.
- Experience with IBM Storage (Flash System/Storwize/SVC).
- Experience managing Brocade SAN Switches.
- Solid troubleshooting skills in SAN and storage environments.
- Experience with firmware upgrades, storage migrations, and disaster recovery activities.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of VMware Storage administration.
- Understanding of Multipathing (MPIO/DM Multipath).
- Knowledge of Fibre Channel SAN architecture.
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions.
- ITIL process knowledge.
- Relevant certifications such as NetApp NCDA/NCIE , IBM Storage Certification , or Brocade SAN Certification are an added advantage.
