Essential Job Functions:

- Administer and support enterprise storage technologies including NetApp, HPE 3PAR, INFINIDAT, and Brocade DCX switches.

- Perform storage provisioning, configuration, expansion, decommissioning, and reclamation activities.

- Configure and manage NetApp C-Mode environments, NAS shares, host policies, snapshots, and MetroCluster.

- Perform NetApp filer configuration, setup, switchover, switchback, and storage migration activities.

- Configure and manage HPE 3PAR storage pools, CPGs, virtual volumes, and snapshots.

- Perform performance tuning, capacity management, and optimization of HPE 3PAR environments.

- Configure and manage SAN connectivity using Fibre Channel switches while ensuring redundancy and high availability.

- Manage LSAN zones, routing, zoning, and SAN connectivity across the storage environment.

- Perform storage-based replication and support disaster recovery implementation and management.

- Develop and implement storage tiering policies based on workload and infrastructure requirements.





- Perform tuning of virtual volumes and support Adaptive and Dynamic Optimization activities.

- Monitor storage capacity, performance, availability, and overall health of the environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical storage, SAN, NAS, and connectivity issues within defined SLAs.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring storage issues.

- Collaborate with server, network, VMware, Linux, and application teams to resolve infrastructure issues.

- Participate in storage upgrades, migrations, technology refresh, and infrastructure improvement activities.

- Identify automation opportunities and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

- Support 24x7 operations, rotational shifts, and on-call activities as required.

- Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration records.
