Role Description The Stock Controller role is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore.

The Stock

Controller will oversee daily stock and inventory activities, including monitoring stock levels, recording stock movements, and reconciling physical counts with system records. This role involves coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability and timely replenishment.

Controller will check product quality and packaging, maintain accurate documentation,



and support audits and reporting related to inventory. The position also requires identifying discrepancies, analyzing stock trends, and recommending improvements to stock management processes to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in stock control and stock management to ensure accurate tracking and handling of products.
- Candidates should possess inventory control skills to manage stock levels, minimize variances, and maintain reliable inventory records.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret stock data, identify trends, and support decision-making on stock optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with procurement, production, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are preferred.
- A diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field is desirable.
