Salary Range: Rs. 15,000 - 25,000 per month + tips (depends on property)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a polite, active and customer-focused Steward to serve guests, maintain cleanliness and support smooth restaurant operations. You will be the first point of contact for guests for food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Service: Greet guests, present menu, take food & beverage orders accurately and serve as per standard.
- Table Management: Set up tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware. Clear tables quickly after guests leave.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, service area, and stewarding area. Follow FSSAI hygiene standards.
- Support Kitchen: Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food pickup and delivery.
- Stock Handling: Ensure adequate stock of plates, glasses, napkins. Report breakage / shortage.
- Billing Assistance: Assist captain/cashier in presenting bills and thanking guests.
- Compliance:



Follow grooming standards, safety rules, and SOPs at all times.

Requirements:

- Education: 10th / 12th Pass. Diploma in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 0-2 years as Steward, Waiter, or Kitchen Steward. Freshers can apply.
- Age: 18 - 30 years

Skills Required:

- Valuable communication in Hindi & basic English
- Customer service oriented and well-groomed
- Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts
- Teamwork, honesty, and punctuality

Working Conditions:

- 6 days working, rotational shift, rotational off
- Uniform + Duty Meal provided by company

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,996.44 per month
