About The Client

Essential Job Functions:

- Provide expert technical guidance and leadership for successful implementation of STIBO MDM solutions.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to design and implement enterprise MDM solutions.

- Design and develop

- Data Models

- Data Mappings

- Data Validation Rules

- Match & Merge Rules

- Ensure solutions meet business Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for availability, scalability, and performance.

- Conduct regression testing for

- New software releases

- MDM repository updates

- STIBO platform enhancements

- Work effectively within an Agile development environment.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and development team members.

- Promote best practices in solution design, coding standards, and implementation.

Qualifications

- Total IT Experience: 8+ Years

- Relevant Experience

- 5+ years of experience in MDM design, development, support, and operations using leading MDM platforms.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with STIBO STEP MDM.

- Experience with Informatica MDM and Client MDM is an added advantage.

Must-Have Skills

- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing STIBO STEP MDM solutions.

- 5+ years of experience with MDM Hub configurations, including:

- Data Modeling

- Data Mapping

- Data Validation

- Match & Merge Rules

- API Development & Customization

- 2+ years of experience integrating external business applications with the MDM Hub using:





- Batch Integrations

- Near Real-Time (NRT) Integrations

- Experience delivering at least two full-cycle STIBO MDM implementations.
