We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled STEM Trainer to conduct engaging learning sessions for students. The candidate should have a strong interest in technology, problem-solving, and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Training Administrator in the research, design, and prototyping of new, creative STEM projects for the Robotics & AI lab curriculum.

· Rigorously test current projects and learning modules to ensure they are educationally sound, functionally robust, and age-appropriate.

· Create and record high-quality demo videos for courses and projects to be used for instructional and promotional purposes.

· Assist in recording training sessions, ensuring high audio and video quality.

Training & Instruction.

· Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions for students in STEM-based classes, fostering a collaborative and inquisitive learning environment.





· Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Digital Content Management & Reporting.

· Support,coordinate, manage, and organize new course content, videos, and materials on various platforms including YouTube, the organization’s Academy portal, and the School’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Other responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit a daily report of all activities and updates to the Manager/Head.

· Compile and send a comprehensive monthly report detailing school activities, training performance, and self-assessment.

· Continuously monitor and optimize content based on engagement metrics and feedback

Qualification

BTech.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
