- Welcome and assist guests in the restaurant and provide professional table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Set up, transparent, and maintain tables as per hotel standards.
- Handle room service orders, prepare trays/trolleys, and deliver orders to guest rooms.
- Ensure proper presentation and service of food and beverages.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and Front Office for smooth order and room service operations.
- Attend to guest requests and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, and room service equipment.
- Follow proper billing, KOT, and order procedures.
- Assist in restaurant setup, closing duties, and maintaining stock of service items.
- Maintain professional grooming, communication, and guest-service standards.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
