We are looking for an experienced SPV Head to lead the execution and operations of large-scale electric mobility projects with government agencies and State Transport Undertakings (STUs) across South India.

The role will have end-to-end responsibility for project execution, bus operations, service delivery, contract performance, financial management, and government stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing multi-site operations and large teams in the EV, public transport, or mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations of B2G electric mobility projects across multiple locations.
- Ensure efficient deployment, availability, uptime, and performance of electric buses.
- Drive execution of government and public transport contracts, including vehicle deployment, depot readiness, charging infrastructure, and service launch.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with STUs, State Government departments, Urban Local Bodies, and other government stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, and service requirements.
- Work closely with Engineering, Fleet, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve operational and project issues.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, process improvement, and automation across project sites and depots.




- Manage project budgets, operating costs, and financial performance.
- Build, develop, and lead a strong regional operations and depot management team.
- Identify operational and contractual risks and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure high standards of service quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of overall experience, preferably in electric mobility, EVs, public transportation, fleet operations, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in managing government/B2G contracts and large-scale operations.
- Experience working with State Transport Undertakings (STUs), government departments, or public sector organizations will be highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multi-location operations and large teams.
- Strong understanding of EV operations, fleet management, depot operations, and charging infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior government officials.
- Strong commercial, financial, and contract management orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver projects on time.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
