State Manager – School & College Operations

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced and disciplined State Managers to oversee school and college operations across Rajasthan and ensure smooth, productive institutional functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned schools/colleges.

- Coordinate with management, principals, staff, and departments.

- Monitor administration, discipline, infrastructure, security, transport, and support services.

- Conduct regular institution visits and operational audits.

- Ensure implementation of policies, SOPs, and operational standards.

- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with senior management and submit regular reports.

- Drive operational efficiency and overall institutional performance.

Requirements:

- Retired Army/Defence personnel preferred.

- 8–15+ years of experience in administration, operations,



institutional management, or similar roles.

- Strong leadership, discipline, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience managing multiple teams/institutions.

- Willingness to travel across Rajasthan.

- Candidates from Defence, Education, Hospitality, or large-scale operations may be considered.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
