Role Description The Startup Associate role at The Earthy Fest Co is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi. The associate will support daily operations, including coordinating corporate gifting orders, liaising with clients to understand their requirements, and collaborating on the curation and packaging of gift sets.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, assisting with vendor communication, preparing basic documentation and reports, and helping implement process improvements as the business grows. The role also involves contributing ideas for new gift concepts,



supporting marketing and social media activities, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, relationship building, and customer support.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Basic business and administrative skills, such as documentation, data entry, and using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, calendars).
- Creative thinking and attention to detail for curating gift sets, packaging, and presentation that reflect brand and client needs.
- Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment, with adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Familiarity with social media or basic marketing activities is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
