Role: State IT Recruiter Canada

Location: Noida (onsite 4 days)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (IT preferred, any discipline acceptable)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for State Government and Public Sector IT requirements across Canada.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand job requirements and deliver qualified talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for niche and high-demand technology roles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics within the ATS.

Required Skills & Experience





- 2–5 years of experience in Canada IT Staffing.
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience recruiting for State Government, Public Sector, or Provincial Government clients.
- Strong understanding of Public Sector hiring processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience working on IT positions across various technologies and domains.
- Excellent communication, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication should be excellent.
- Candidate should have Experience with VMS portal like-Fieldglass.
