Staffing Associate

ABD Talent | India – Remote

Work Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

US shift; timings may vary based on business requirements.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month, based on skills and experience

ABD Talent is looking for a Staffing Associate to support our team with day-to-day coordination and communication.

Important Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong English communication skills – verbal and written
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients and teams
- Strong follow-up and closure skills
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to drive tasks to completion
- Comfortable providing regular updates on assigned tasks and targets
- Own laptop and secure Wi-Fi/internet connection required

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teams
- Coordinate hiring-related activities and follow-ups
- Assist with scheduling calls and interviews
- Track updates and pending tasks
- Maintain basic records and updates in internal systems
- Support the team with day-to-day requirements
