Role Overview As an SDR at Unicommerce, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You’ll play a critical role in building pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across e-commerce brands and retailers in India. This role is ideal for someone who is highly driven, curious, and comfortable with outbound sales. Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting & Lead Generation ● Identify and research potential e-commerce brands, D2 C companies, and retail businesses ● Build target account lists and generate leads via Linked In, databases, and other tools ● Run structured outbound campaigns (calls, emails, Linked In outreach) 2. Cold Calling & Outreach ● Conduct high-volume cold calls to introduce Unicommerce solutions ● Craft personalized outreach messages to drive engagement ● Consistently meet daily/weekly activity benchmarks 3. Qualification & Discovery ● Understand prospect needs, current tech stack, and pain points ● Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buying intent ● Conduct discovery conversations to identify fit and urgency 4.



Pipeline Creation ● Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives ● Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM (e.g., Hub Spot) ● Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team 5. Market Intelligence ● Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitors, and customer challenges ● Share insights from prospect conversations with marketing and product teams Key Requirements ● 1–2 years of experience in B2 B sales, inside sales, or SDR roles (Saa S preferred) ● Robust communication skills (verbal written) in English and Hindi ● Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections ● Basic understanding of e-commerce, Saa S, or retail tech is a plus ● Familiarity with CRM tools like Hub Spot, Easyleads, or similar ● Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient What Success Looks Like ● Consistently achieving or exceeding meeting targets ● High-quality disco
