This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, business development and relationship management who can identify high-potential business partners and successfully guide them through the entire Business acquisition journey. Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify and engage prospective Business partners through various channels including digital campaigns, referrals, networking, and inbound enquiries.- Manage the complete sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.- Guide candidates through the evaluation and onboarding process, including territory discussions,



documentation and agreement coordination.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.- Conduct market research and territory analysis to identify expansion opportunities across Mumbai.- Track pipeline performance, conversion rates and sales targets while providing regular reports to management.- Represent the brand at Business expos, networking events and business development meetings when required. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.- Solid analytical and territory planning skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
