We work with startups, SMEs, corporates, GCCs and growing businesses to help them identify the right workspace, compare options, negotiate commercial terms and complete their office transactions. Job Summary We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive/Manager who will be responsible for generating recent corporate business and building relationships with companies that have current or upcoming office-space requirements. The role is primarily focused on outbound business development, corporate relationship building and generating qualified office-space requirements.



You will identify companies that are: Expanding Relocating Opening new offices Increasing their headcount Setting up GCCs Looking for private/coworking/managed offices Approaching lease expiry Consolidating multiple offices and convert them into qualified business opportunities for Smartspace. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and target companies across Delhi NCR with potential office-space requirements. Conduct outbound calling, Linked In outreach, Whats App and email campaigns. Build relationships with founders, CXOs, HR, Admin, Facilities, Finance and Procurement teams. Generate new corporate leads independently. Understand the client's business, employee strength, location preference and expansion plans. Identify upcoming requirements before they become publicly available. Schedule qualified meetings and requirements for the leasing team. Develop long-term corporate relationships for repeat business
